Rowen is a seasoned CEO, a corporate & entrepreneurial solution-provider, master-trainer, senior consultant, business coach, co-author of marketing books, a business column contributor, and a business technology solution ecosystem strategist.

He has consulted with and trained hundreds of companies in the Philippines and APAC. Rowen also rose swiftly in corporate from elite entry point to C-Suite roles. He worked with Procter & Gamble, Pocketbell, Tupperware, Smart Communications Inc., Liberty Telecoms, and Alcatel. Rowen also served as Partner and Chief Sales Strategist of Mansmith and Fielders, was CEO of Connecting Mavens, and Sr. Consultant for COACH, Sensei, Continuum, and Day 8.

Drawn from more than 3 decades of top management, business development, account management, sales, procurement, and negotiation practice combined with empirical evidence gathered, Rowen has been continually injecting practicable science in the fields of selling, negotiation, sales management, business-to-business marketing as well as management in general via his original frameworks, processes and tools. He also developed the world’s first and only mathematics of negotiation, the strategic nego-mapping methodology, 3-step Influencing, PRISM Strategies, holistic 3D Communication, the Language Wheel, systematic account development strategies, tools in a business-to-business setting,  sales management framework, simplified problem solving, effective coordination, the 4 modes of management, conflict resolution, CROSS method problem solving, effective coordination and smoothen communication in organizations and many more.

Rowen served as Director of the Boards of the Adboard, PANA, PANA Foundation, and the Philippine Marketing Association. Rowen graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines, Diliman with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, has taught marketing and sales subjects in Ateneo de Manila University and St. Scholastica’s College, took his MBA studies in De La Salle University, as well as complemented this with an Executive Education Program on Strategic Business Leadership from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business-Illinois, USA.

Currently, Rowen is Chairman & CEO of KinetX, CEO of Critical Link, and is Chief Enterprise & Business Capability Accelerator of Academy X.
