• Analysis – The cross functional foxhole team then processes and analyzes the discovery findings. • Solutioning – Only at this stage will brands of solutions, systems, products, and/or services be identified, ranked, and recommended to the client as a solo solution, an ecosystem of solutions, or a roadmap of solutions. Recommendations consider both technical and commercial situational fit.
• Alignment – The recommendations are presented, discussed, adjusted as needed to optimally fit your needs, wants, and constraints similar to fitting a suit before having it finished.
• Deployment – A project or set of projects are created, planned, executed (implemented, installed, and/or deployed), and managed till your sign-off and acceptance, before go live.
